Subscribing and Donating online

We require you to fill out our online subscription and/or donations form in order to create an account for you. This provides us with your shipping and contact details and allows us to process your request more efficiently. Required fields are clearly marked. All amounts shown are total amounts and include postage. When you have entered your details and payment method you will be asked to confirm your information. When you are satisfied with your request, please proceed to the checkout.

We accept most major credit or debit cards. Credit or debit cards are processed immediately using WorldPay.

For your security please DO NOT send credit card details to us by e-mail, post or fax. Our online payment system includes a high level of security that is not included in e-mail.

All transactions are processed securely by World Pay.

Delivery Time

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that your order has been received and is being processed. SPEAK Out Magazine is published 3 times a year. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you the most recent edition within 48 hours. We will send your order using the royal mail standard service, and we would normally expect it to be delivered within 1 week in the UK, 2 weeks in the EU and 3 weeks for the rest of the world. However, we suggest that you allow 28 days for delivery.

Cancellation Rights

There are no refunds for subscriptions arising out of your cancellation of the subscription. If you subscribe to SPEAK Out Magazine you will not be entitled to cancel the subscription pursuant to the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

There are no cancellations of donations.
